Hope Gins

Hope Distillery designs and distils a range of gins, all overseen by resident Gin & Spirit Maker, Lucy Beard. Our flagship gin range is a journey through different flavour profiles and our Experimental Series allows us to play with new flavours and interesting and unusual botanicals.

Hope Spirits

The early days of Hope Distillery focused solely on the production of gin but our growing repertoire has seen the introduction of our Hope Small Batch Vodka and Hope Esperanza Agave (which can’t be called tequila as it is not made in Mexico). Over time, we will be expanding our range of spirits even further.

Hope Family Spirits

Hope Distillery not only creates its own spirits, it is also a leader in contract distillation and recipe development, producing other well loved local brands. We also produce a number of gins in collaboration with others, including well known restaurants and hotels.

Wine

Another pair we celebrate are the two French friends behind the VH Wine brand: passionate wine maker Thierry Haberer and founder Julien Verspieren. Initially launching a “Provençal” style Grenache based rosé, they now produce a range of easy drinking wines. The two are very family driven, with all the wine names inspired by their children.
