This agricole style rum is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice pressed on-site at our Cape Town distillery.
A Rhum Agricole style rum (made from sugarcane juice rather than molasses), we press fresh sugarcane stalks on-site, ferment the juice in stainless steel tanks and then distil it in our copper still, Mad Mary. A uniquely South African Rhum expression, this spirit is grassy, fragrant and floral.
