We watched the rest of the world having second waves and thought / hoped that SA’s 2nd wave would be delayed by the sunshine and warm weather. Sadly that didn’t prove to be the case and instead we were faced with rising numbers, a new strain and struggling hospitals.

So we’re back in Level 3 Lockdown and 2021 was seen in under the fog of another alcohol ban with strict curfews and restrictions. Not the way we wanted to bring in 2021, but we can only hope that the wave starts to subside soon and we will be able to open our doors once again.
