Phantom Gin

An ode to the Knysna Forest, this gin is a celebration of 10 botanicals including juniper berries, ginger, cinnamon, orange and lemon peel and – most importantly – lion’s tail otherwise known as wild dagga (a wild mint species), the botanical that inspired this gin.

The gin is infused with fulvic trace minerals to enhance the quality of the water in the gin. The mineral, derived from ancient plant charcoal, changes the gin to a dark amber colour, just like the Jubilee Creek which flows through the Knysna forest.
