Distilled for passionate home brewer Tim James and his wife Teresa, this gin celebrates the hops flower.
Recognisable on the palate as a London dry gin, it is juniper-forward and celebrates both the earthiness of hops and the charm of lime blossom. The aromatic hop is sourced from the Outeniqua Mountains in the Garden Route, and holds citrus flavours that balance the tea leaf notes of the lime blossom.
