THIS AGRICOLE STYLE RUM IS DISTILLED FROM FRESH SUGARCANE JUICE PRESSED ON-SITE AT OUR CAPE TOWN DISTILLERY
A Rhum Agricole style rum (made from sugarcane juice rather than molasses), we press fresh sugarcane stalks on-site, ferment the juice in stainless steel tanks and then distil it in our copper still, Mad Mary. A uniquely South African Rhum expression, this spirit is grassy, fragrant and floral.

NOSE
Funky with olive and grassy umami notes.
PALATE
Subtly sweet with hints of citrus.
FINISH
Slight peppery yet herbaceous finish.
In a Daiquiri cocktail: shake 50ml Rhum, 15ml lime juice and 10ml sugar syrup in a shaker, strain and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.
