Phantom Gin

This gin is a celebration of 10 botanicals, including lion’s tail (otherwise known as wild dagga, actually a wild mint species) which is the botanical that inspired this gin. It is also infused with fulvic trace minerals to enhance the water quality and which gives the gin its dark amber colour, similar to the Jubilee Creek in the Knysna forest.
