Limited Release Gin
Part of our experimental series, and released just for Christmas, this gin invokes the spirit of the three wise men, distilled with frankincense and myrrh and gently aged resulting in a gold hue (not shown in the photograph).
We love experimenting and playing around with new botanicals. The experiments we feel are good enough to bottle become part of our Experimental series, a series of one-off limited releases. We usually have one of these available for sale in the Distillery Tasting Room … and sometimes we re-release them due to popular demand!

NOSE
Smoky citrus and spice.
PALATE
Frankincense, with warm citrus notes.
FINISH
Smooth finish with hints of oak.
In a gin and tonic with a slice of orange, or on the rocks with a dash of bitters.
