Vision, courage and hope for the future were the ingredients that propelled Hope Distillery into existence.

Our co-founders Leigh Lisk and Lucy Beard threw caution to the wind and abandoned successful corporate law careers in London to follow their hearts. Originally from South Africa, they headed back to sunny shores to pursue something they were truly passionate about – distillation!

Because of Hope Distillery’s own journey, we say “Cheers!” to the passion, optimism and perseverance of others. Here’s to courage and creativity!
