Before you make this cocktail, you need to make the Shrub itself.
Take 100g basil, 50g rosemary, 4 dehydrated lemon wheels, 150ml vinegar, 200ml sugar syrup.
Blend all this together for 5 minutes then fine strain and bottle (this keeps in the fridge).
