Who can resist citrus and spice?  An easy to make take on a classic gin and tonic.

ingredients
60ml Hope London Dry Gin200ml Indian Tonic½ teaspoon pink peppercorns1 naartjie, peeled
Garnish
Naartjie slices for garnish
Preparation
In a tumbler muddle the gin and naartijie together. Top up with tonic and garnish with pink peppercorns
